Refund and Returns Policy
RETAIL BUYERS
Even though we believe our jewelry is the highest quality you'll find, we realize many people would like to physically see and handle our products before purchasing it. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with any or all of your purchase, or if it's the wrong size, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from the date the package was delivered. You will be refunded the full price you paid for the item(s), less shipping and a restocking charge (15% of the order amount).
DISTRIBUTORS / WHOLESALE BUYERS
If you purchased our products at wholesale prices, most if not all of you are buying it for resale. This is fine, but we do not allow returns or exchanges after 10 days from the date your package was delivered. As soon as you receive your jewelry, inspect it carefully and return within 10 days what you do not want. Sharon Rocks will assume no responsibility for returned items that are subsequently lost or stolen by any shipping carrier. We advise not to write anything on the exterior of the package that may reveal the contents. Both retail and wholesale customers should contact us directly through email before returning items to obtain a Refund / Exchange number. This number must be included with the receipt in the securely sealed package containing the items to be refunded. Items returned without the R/ E number or the receipt will not be refunded.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Our rocks need little special attention. Care for it the same way you would care for any of your fine diamond or precious jewelry (see FAQs). If damage should occur to purchased item due to workmanship, we will replace it. Just follow the same instructions as if you were returning the item, as above. Warranty becomes void if damaged by negligence or unauthorized service from another company or individual other than Sharon Rocks. |
